Make sure to complain loudly to AG to replace her for you! ALL UPS packages are insured. It's AGs duty to spend that money to give you a new Lindsey!

Do keep up hope you'll see your Lindsey again too though! I had a package lost in the UPS system for almost a year and they had told me several times that it was "lost for good". Long story short, I got the package eventually.
